Simon Warne

Since graduating from University in 2015, my whole working life has been in financial services. I started out as a paraplanner, providing support to other financial advisers up and down the country whilst gaining my qualifications. However, I always knew that my personality was better suited to being in front of clients and in 2018 I made the transition to Financial Planner. Since then, I have been helping people identify and meet their financial objectives through robust and holistic financial planning.

I enjoy working with people at different times in their life, from those just starting out in their career looking to form good financial habits to those at the other end of the career lifecycle about to make some of the most important and daunting decisions of their life. I also find that I can really add value to small business owners, helping them separate their personal and company goals and just generally making sure the business works for them in an efficient way.

Personally, I’m a huge sport lover and will play / watch anything! My weekends and free time in the summer mainly consist of playing cricket and I am a Newcastle United fan, although in recent years that has brought me more pain than pleasure. With the remainder of my spare time, I am continuing to expand my knowledge / qualifications and I achieved Chartered status in early 2022.
