Tom Eyles

I grew up in Bath and then studied Physiology & Neuroscience at the University of St Andrews before moving to London in 2012 to start working in the slightly different world of financial advice.

Since then, I’ve been advising clients who’re typically employees of City firms with a strong knowledge of financial services but lack the time to proactively manage their affairs in enough detail.

These clients expect a high level of service to match their time demands and complexity requirements; and through the challenges they present my colleagues and I, we have been driven to progress and ensure our company, Lathe & Co, can serve as required. We aspire to ensure all clients understand their options without baffling them with overcomplex industry language. Through independence, we retain choice and flexibility without bias, but with large scale institutional research backing to keep costs down.

Having completed multiple marathons and Ironman triathlon events, my determination to finish what’s started ensures a task gets done when my mind is set on it.
