Why should I choose a digital provider over a real human financial adviser?

I think the best approach is when you combine both the digital and the human advice. Technology can be used for what it is good at; running complex numbers, assessing suitability, and making advice available to clients in the comfort of their homes. However, humans are good at listening to people, making sure the plan is bespoke and right for the individual client, and giving peace of mind once there is a good financial plan in place.
Combining technology with humans not only makes the advice process quicker and more convenient for a lot of people, but also it can keep costs lower, which ultimately means more money in clients pockets to put towards their financial goals.
