Hi, why the Barclays reviews for IA and ISA show as Aviva reviews?
Answered by Matt Angell
Hi John,
I would imagine this is because Barclays has created a relationship with Aviva to provide its members with ISA and IA accounts.
This is very normal for banks to do this so they can offer clients an array of financial products from Investments, protection policies etc.
This does however create its disadvantages for you a client that you may not be getting the best solution out there due to the lack of independence.
Have a look through the Boring Money best ISA awards which will give you an overview of some of the excellent alternatives out there:

Hope the above helps
Thanks Matt
