    Do you know if PCM advertised on rent websites (such as Zoopla etc) is for the total of the property?

    Hi there,

    Do you know if PCM advertised on rent websites (such as Zoopla etc) is for the total of the property? We're looking to rent, but unsure if £800 PCM is 800 for the whole month, or £400 when split between 2.

    Hi Keegan,

    It depends on the advertisement. Some will show the rent payable for the whole property whereas others will be advertising a room in a house share.

    It should confirm this in the features and description section. However, if you have found a property you like and you're unsure. I would recommend popping an email or call through to the letting agent who will be able to confirm.
