Should I buy more shares when the stock market is falling?

Define low! Markets have been low if you look at things with a three-month timeline. But extend the timeline on your chart to five years, and they suddenly don't look so low. I think it's rash to think of things as low when we see temporary (and alarming!) dips. We've been in a hot bull market
for many years as an overall trend, and so everything is relative. I don't see a massive case to pile in now — instead, I think drip-feeding in is sensible.I don't think we've seen the end of the Iran war's impact on markets, nor do I think we've heard the last of concerns about the over-concentration of a few US tech stocks and red-hot AI valuations. I think we have to expect ongoing volatility
and price fluctuations and be prepared for this. I wouldn't be comfortable making calls on market timing.
