    I like Nick Train's investment philosophy but perhaps a shift in holdings needs to take place. Returns in recent years have been poor. I shall keep the IT for now but changes need to be made for it to be more in tune with today's reality.

    I like the Lindsell Train approach to investment, ie buy and hold, do not trade; nothing wrong with no purchases or sales in a year if you bought right initially; I believe that Nick Train once said that his advice to new investment employees was to read. I have held the shares since February 2014, and although capital performance has been good, but not great (in my opinion) dividends have added to the overall return.
