    Invested in this over 20 years ago and I wish I knew all those years where it was headed. Left lower marks for fees or value for money as L&G handed over their retail operations to Fidelity. L&G trackers were really good value. Outlook for costs was slight increase with the move to Fidelity and I suspect service to very much be automated compared to the more traditional and person-centred L&G approach of the past.
