Having now been with Natwest Invest for just over 2 years, I find that the feedback I have given to the surveys they produce and also the emails sent to the support team, I believe my views and suggestions have been listened to and implemented as a result. So I can honestly say, NW have improved quite a lot, even though still offering only 5 choices of funds. the majority of investors starting out and already bank with Natwest, will benefit as a result. The only niggle I have though is that the Pension offering is via a third party called Embark services, who is now wholly owned by Lloyds bank so something to think about if you don't wish another bank to hold your information. overall though, am happy to recommend the services and am sure these will improve as more customers join.

Natwest is a top tier Brand but I prefer Barclays over it, I still enjoy using Natwest though.

The service can be accessed through the banking app, making it easy for people to start investing whenever they feel. Customer service needs improving

It's very easy to understand, very clear and the staff are always on hand to help.

The service is great. Sometimes the information contains too much jargon, so would be better simplified.
