    Hi, I know personal pension contributions do, but do employer pension contributions count towards reducing adjusted net income in relation to £100k threshold to qualify for 30 free hours childcare? Thanks

    Hi Paul,

    An excellent and very common question to ask.

    In short, no, employer pension contributions (i.e. matching employee contributions or otherwise) would not be deducted to during the adjusted net income calculation.
