    Hi Ron,

    Prudential is one of the biggest providers in the world and is very well known. This is good because they are not likely to go anywhere as they have such a large amount of assets. Historically I have always had good experiences with Prudential. However, they can be quite expensive compared to others on the market. Their range of funds have a good history but are also quite expensive.

    We have also had some issues with some of our clients over the past year where it has taken quite a long time to withdraw money. Some of this may be due to Covid but they seem to have taken longer to get their customer service standards back to where they were before.

    So I would say they are good but there are better options available.
