How much Capital Gains Tax will I have to pay on my commercial property?

Question by Boring Money reader
Hi,
I want to sell a commercial property that I paid £10,000 for in 1986. What amount of Capital Gains Tax will I have to pay? The property agent said I should get £100,000 for it. My only income is the State Pension now but I was getting £6,000 per year in rent.
Thanks.
