We would like to invest in a Junior ISA

Question by Nigel
Hello, we would like to invest in a Junior ISA for our grandson / nephew. Is a Stocks and Shares ISA the best option? If so, can you recommend a good provider for inexperienced investors.

Hello Nigel,
The decision to invest in a Stocks and Shares ISA or Cash ISA is really what your appetite is for risk v reward and also the timeframe, so if you have a reasonable appetite for risk, are more focused on trying to get a higher return and your grandson/nephew is young then investing in a Stocks and Shares ISA is a good idea.
If you are an inexperienced investor I would suggest you obtain advice on the provider and fund selection rather than DIY.
Hope this helps
