I found the website /app really easy to navigate on laptop and phone. Easy to undersand information about funds on the platform to hel[p me invest according to my values, easy to set up my ISA and direct debit with friendly and excellent customer service.

I love the ethos of The Big Exchange and have a Stocks and Shares ISA with them which was easy to set up and manage. My daughter tried to set up a JSIA recently for my grandson and despite help and trying several times was unable to open the account due to IT issues. Very disappointed and she has now invested that money in Premium Bonds.

The big exchange are great to bank with. I trust them with my money. Only thing is that the App isn’t always easy to navigate.

The Big Exchange is a great place for anyone wanting to do more with their money - both in terms of return and purpose. The packagers of investment and clear and flexible, and the mission very well articulated. The returns are excellent. Digital experience is functional and does the job - not easiest to transfer in new funds or amend your direct debit, but the investment portal inside is very user friendly!

I love that all the investments are rated for their positive impact on people and planet. It's nice to know that The Big Exchange go the extra mile by rating every investment, every year to make sure I see only ethical and impact investments. The medals help simplify everything and they keep making small improvements too.
