Fees increasing again and now expensive for buy and hold. Agents tend to be ok but slow responses, but so many mistakes made on information given on offers etc. Standard trades can be made on pending cash, but regular investment can't. So many basic things are not easily there or are slow.

Excellent customer service and generally good returns on my investments, which I am holding for the long term. The website is constantly being updated and changed, which makes it hard to find the details at times. I wish they'd leave it as it is.

Provide comprehensive information on companies invested but monthly fixed payment is a little higher than some others
