I have used InvestEngine since it started. I like the huge range of ETFs available and the low cost. Unfortunately I find the app confusing. I invest infrequently, usually once a year and I have problems using the app and finding help is difficult, although to be fair when found it has been good. I think I would entrust them more of my annual ISA if the app was easier to use.

Fantastic provider cheaper than Vanguard for ETFs! Limited on transfer in options to Vanguard and Hargreaves Lansdown and it must be a FULL transfer and not a partial one which is tricky if you want to keep your vanguard account as well as InvestEngine ETFs. App is a little glitchy but generally for a buy and set is fantastic for getting your own personal portfolio mix of stocks. For example an ETF might have 10% apple but if you mix this ETF with 20 others it will show you your personal mix and allocation % of Apple so say like 1.2% of your mix of ETFs and percentage allocations which I love and haven’t seen in other providers. Likewise for your overall management fee and with no platform management fee there aren’t any better around.
