We try really hard to keep our reviews genuinely representative. We have found a few providers trying to rubbish their competitors, leaving awful reviews. Of course, we don't publish these.
For what is offered here, I think it's great value. Modest admin charges, low charges for regular investing and divi reinvestment. It's not a slick and flashy UI on the website but the portfolio dashboard tells me more than any others I've used and is easily navigable. I've only ever used email for queries but responses are generally within 24 hours and they sort things out.

Very helpful over the phone and if you need total handholding at the beginning, you get passed over to someone with the patience of a Saint! I have found every fund and share I’ve ever looked for (iI am a beginner) except one - which, in hindsight, I am glad I didn’t find. Although some have mentioned too many security steps- I am glad they are there.

A good platform with low costs. I particularly like their news and analysis as well.

They do (almost) everything right. Easy to use platform with reliable phone and tablet app access, responsive to both cries for help and general queries, and much lower fees than most. If they could show historic values against time rather than just quarterly reports, would be perfect.
