I've heard decent things about them but I honestly can't judge, as I never hear from them from one year to the next. They had I think emailed me at my old work email address but when I left my old employer I lost contact with them. I'd have thought they have my address..? - but maybe not. No idea how much I have with them or how it's doing.

Not sure how well it's doing as I have no real comparison. The other pensions I have, both from a previous employer, are Defined Benefit and Defined Contributions, these are both to good to transfer out.

Website is appalling, impossible to find anything and confusing to use.

1.8% charge per contribution seems high on top of the ongoing costs. Wierd 3 month wait (with no explanation) after 1st payment before it is invested. No ability for any lump sum withdrawals prior to retirement. In my case transferring out was hard work as their communications to my new pension provider were more often wrong than right. I would not willingly use them again if I had a choice.

The Dashboard is poor for a serious investor. You cannot find how your units are doing on a daily basis. You only have the three month old report to view. You can eventually find daily graph under the consultant tab not even employers see the information easily.

Doesn't perform very well Compared to other pension providers im with , but cant move to these others as that's what my workplace use
