I don't know much about my workplace pension - I have the app downloaded and check the balance, but otherwise I receive no comms from them to be able to learn more or engage more.

Improving. I was a Friends Provident pension holder so for many years the access through the website was poor. This has improved but it is still a little difficult to find things online and to do simple things like changing your Direct Debit.

Decent amount of funds considering it's a workplace pension. Fees should be lower

I have 3 pensions with Aviva - a SIPP, my current workplace pension and a small Money Purchase pension from a previous employment with Aviva. I can view all from the online portal - which is great - but I can't make any changes from there (e.g. change of address) as it's all different departments. My SIPP shows historic performance (graphs, cost v current value) - which is great - but my workplace pension doesn't (all I can view is the generic factsheet for performance, and if I want cost v current value, I have to get Aviva to produce manually, which is time consuming and sometimes not understood on their part). Overall I'm happy and performance is good but I'd like more consistency in terms of view/admin.
