Fees increasing again and now expensive for buy and hold. Agents tend to be ok but slow responses, but so many mistakes made on information given on offers etc. Standard trades can be made on pending cash, but regular investment can't. So many basic things are not easily there or are slow.

It�s a good service overall but communications need to be improved.

The app needs improving! But the website generally functions well and allows me to do what I need to, usually with any hitches. The recent reduction in fees is welcome. Oh, and I enjoy the newsletters

Low charges and responsive when needed.
