Question by Jade
I am a first time buyer with a LISA account buying with my partner who is not a first time buyer. Am I able to use my LISA towards the house we buy, if the property is over £450,000?
Thanks,
Jade

Hi Jade,
Thank you for sending your question in.
First time buyers can use a Lifetime ISA to buy their first home even where the person they are buying a property with is not a first time buyer.
However, I'm afraid the maximum property price to be able to use a Lifetime ISA is £450,000.
You can read more about Lifetime ISAs here - on Boring Money.
Hope this helps.
