    Financial Adviser and Director of TP Financial Solutions Annabel Lumsden spoke to Boring Money for an exclusive workshop on divorce and becoming a single parent. In the session, Annabel covered everything that newly-divorced or single parents should know about their finances, including the importance of starting a budget shaped to your new lifestyle, claiming any benefits you're able to, and how to invest safely as a sole provider for your children.

    I'm focused on empowering clients to achieve their goals, whatever they may be. I want to make people feel at ease. Some are terrified to approach a financial adviser, so I like to take things at each individual’s pace. I'm committed to looking at the 'big picture' so that decisions we make together about your finances complement each other. When I'm not busy helping my clients, I'm enjoying being a mum of 2 amazing daughters, reading good books (all recommendations welcome!) and baking delicious treats (mainly enjoyed by my wife, Tarnia).
