I feel like they need more offers for their customers and more loyalty to people who are with them for years
They have a good record in terms of investment but need more publicity
Just how helpful they always are with me how well they explain things and always been there for me.
They are very reliable and effective with all their service
I really like the service and its ease of use
Its a fantastic service but there is one specific thing holding it back from a perfect score , the biggest flaw is that the stocks nd shares ISA is not a flexible ISA
It's a well managed portfolio that is easy to add to and very low effort, the fees are slightly higher but I like to think you get better returns as a result
I think they can be a little bit selfish
