About me

I work with a broad range of clients, including mums and dads looking to build wealth and financial security, business owners looking for efficiencies and tax planning opportunities, and those approaching (or in) retirement seeking the best out of life after all the hard work is done!

My pet hate is industry jargon. It is often easier to overcomplicate rather than simplify, and in the modern world the abundance of raw information without nurturing guidance can be overwhelming. I try to convey information in a way that leads my clients to a moment of ‘empowered clarity;’ placing them in the position to make truly informed and confident choices about their family’s wealth. I enjoy discussing the behavioural aspects of financial planning, which help me to understand my clients’ natural instincts and preferences so that they can maximise opportunities available. And giving clients the self-awareness to make their own choices is a important part of my work.

I can help you with all aspects of personal finance, from mortgage and property buying strategies, risk and tax management, through to behavioural finance. I will help you to structure your own views, needs, and preferences, guiding you on your journey through the rewarding advisory process.

I enjoy several sports; mainly golf nowadays, but occasionally I still pretend I’m young enough to participate in some boxing from time to time! I’m a regular holidaymaker and believe travel is the best education, helping us to put life in perspective so that no achievement, or for that matter problem, seems too great. Having recently bought a new home, my spare time is currently filled by builders and surfing through design ideas on Pinterest.
