    Any thoughts on the top 3 JISA providers?

    Personally, I would prioritise the provider with the most open-market fund choice (based on the kinds of funds you need) and lowest fees for the amounts you wish to invest. It is hard to guide you without knowing more specifics around amounts, etc.
