Can I Invest in a UK fixed interest account if I live in Portugal?

Hi John

This will depend on the bank or building society offering the account. There is no regulation preventing you, but the bank may only offer accounts to UK based clients. I am assuming that you are not talking about an ISA account as different rules apply to them.
