I would like to transfer a Lifetime Cash ISA to a Lifetime Stocks and Shares ISA. Are there any providers which allow this?

Hi, I would like to transfer a lifetime cash ISA to a Lifetime Stocks and Shares Isa (with a different provider). AJ bell will not allow this as I am more than 40. Are there any providers which allow this?

Whilst you can transfer a Lifetime ISA into stocks and shares, when you transfer out of a Lifetime ISA and into another type before the age of 60, whilst you will keep the money in a tax-free environment, you will pay the 25% withdrawal fee. This could be why AJ Bell have declined to help.
