Certainly competitive on fees and costs. Good access for stocks and shares trading and investing and tools are better than most. However, their focus on funds (mutual funds) is woeful and non-existent. This is ridiculous and short-sighted given that most UK investors with an ISA let alone a SIPP almost always have funds in their portfolios. Yes active funds have difficult-to-justify fees and might not fit the low fees trend of client IG thinks they need to attract. But really how many UK clients would transfer their pensions or SIPP to IG if they cannot support funds?

Great for share trading, and their fees have really come down recently (esp trading UK stocks).

It is all great, may be more trading screens or graphs could be added

They provide good educational services and pay a good rate of interest on uninvested cash

Quick and easy to use, clear to see the details of any trade

Overall pretty solid never ran into a problem
