The fixed pricing is good, the website takes some getting used to and is awkward in many places. The community app is good and makes up for some deficiencies on the website.

It's good that they take a fixed monthly fee, rather than a percentage, which will save money on high value investments. I am happy with their platform and it's too early to make a meaningful assessment of their service overall.

The service is great and I like the no-fee premise.

They look after my investment quite well but the website navigation could be improved to make it easier

Transparency and accountability

Funds easy to deposit , app experience better than most of other platform , can be better though , like in marketing , trend setting, and reaching for all.
