Can I put the savings towards structural improvements to a property own?

Hello,

In general the answer to this is yes. However some ISA investments such as Help to Buy ISAs and Lifetime ISAs do have restrictions and some savings products have exit penalties if for example they have a 5 year term and you take them out earlier.
