Is there anyway I can compare how an investment LISA has performed since they were first introduced? For instance if £100 per month was invested in each, what are they worth now?

A great question but unfortunately not one with a simple answer.
There are a number of Lifetime ISA (LISA) providers such as AJ Bell, Hargreaves Lansdown, Nutmeg, Moneybox, etc.
Most LISA providers will allow you to invest in one or more of a number of investments.
For example, AJ Bell and Hargreaves Lansdown both offer access to a huge range of investments. Hence a LISA with either of these companies could have been invested in one of a million different ways.
Given the above, there is no single figure of LISA performance for each LISA provider. Hence a comparison of performance is not possible.
It would be possible to compare the performance of popular funds from different LISA providers. But, even with this, there is a danger of comparing apples with bananas. Comparing different funds with different objectives and different risk profiles isn't too helpful.
A better option might be to decide on the risk level you are comfortable with and look for appropriate funds that match your risk profile. You can then check the availability of those funds from different LISA providers, consider any charge differences between the providers, and proceed accordingly.
Note that past performance is no guide to, or guarantee of, future performance.
