    Hi Harris,

    I assume you are wondering what the best mortgage is.

    There are always "best buy" tables online. Every lender has their own criteria and you may fit the profile with one lender but not the other.

    The best thing to do is to speak to a qualified Mortgage Adviser so that they can fully understand your circumstances and ensure you get the best deal for your particular circumstances.
