Customer service is the worst I have experienced from any uk company . Staff not helpfull and can be very abrupt. They don't listen to your request.

Worst customer non service experience in my life of 70 years . Arrogant customer service people and management, unhelpful, sent the wrong forms to fill out, red tape, red tape, red tape. Impossible to deal with. 3 months on my pension claim has still not been processed. Minus 1* in all respects !

OK investment options seriously let down by poor web experience - out of date fact sheets - inability to easily track your investment performance and useless annual summary document that only tells you your contributions - also app is pedestrian at best

Only rises in value due to my contributions. Very limited options, unfriendly , unstable website. The fees appear mid-range, but the performance is dia. No help or research available on website. All funds shrink further and faster than general market, never to return. AVOID. I only stay as my employer pays in, I'll leave the instant I get another job.

Two of my former employment pensions ended up with Aegon, and both have lost shed-loads of value. This is in sharp contrast to other pension pots I have from other providers. Deeply troubling, especially considering pension trustees are supposed to do all they can to protect your funds.

High fees with complex structuring. Very poor performance across all sectors despite same funds held with other supplier doing well. Value only increases due to contributions, near zero market growth. I actively tell people to avoid like the plague. Website is useless in terms of research. No ability to sort the available funds, the range of which is pathetic. I would move away immediately if my employer allowed alternative providers.
