Is Columbia Threadneedle good for investing?

Investment expert's opinion
One of the most impressive strings to Columbia Threadneedle’s bow is the solid, respected F&C Investment Trust product, a reputable and simple way to invest in a global collection of shares. A newly revamped website for this trust is very helpful. Behind the scenes, their online investing platform is functional and fairly basic, as is the app. A sweetener is the low-cost fixed fee for ISAs and the lack of any transaction fees . For those looking for a simple, one-stop solution to drip feed small amounts into an ISA every month, who can also live without digital bells and whistles, this is worth a look. Not for those after lots of choice and fancy apps.

I wanted to work out the differences between the shares CTF and the JISA but the table in the FAQ is so tiny it is unreadable. I think sometimes when websites are updated people not involved should have a look as a checking mechanism. The stakeholder CTF is very expensive at 0.7% and it is unfortunate you have a fairly limited range of 10 trusts.
