Excellent stocks and shares ISA provider. The website might not be very flash and some of the tools are basic but I supplement this website with Yahoo/Google finance and DividendMax. What you're getting with this provider is consistency, reliability and low fees.

Now has an app. Excellent value and easy to use. I have used it for years with no problems.

Needs an iphone app and dual authentication
I like the flat fee of �5 for any trade. I like that there are no annual penalty fees for not trading and there is a good and wide selection of investments. The platform could be improved by allowing UK investors to invest in some US funds not currently available here.
The website is bare bones and does not have a modern look and feel and has very limited features. The range of investment options are smaller than rivals
