Returns have been very good. Easy to use. Personal managers have been brilliant on the rare occasions I needed their input
Platform and information is amazing. Very informative. Extremely helpful and lots of communication Maybe their charges could be a little better but it is a great service
Overall good but frustrating how often I get notified about updating the app
Gave a 8 due to entry barriers, the 500' min investment requirement can be a hurdle for absolute micro investors who are just trying to test the waters with small change.
It provides good customer service and a decent website. One improvement would be to better access the information regarding dividends payouts as its quite hidden away and hard to scrutinise.
They are great for beginners, I love that you can have separate pots. The app is so user friendly and it's easy to get the statements etc to fine out income
Decent performance of the ISA but maybe could be a bit better.
Having used them for 10 years I have been overall impressed with the results. During the years there have been multiple instances where funds have been impacted by conditions but the results have still been very positive.
